- October 2013 - Homestead Restoration -Original fireplace uncovered; plaster removed from parlor ceiling exposing original stained beams
- December 2013 - First Open House - first chance for the public to see the homestead since it became borough property
- June 2014 - First Summer Open House - dedication of Red Oak tree planted in commemoration of New Jersey's 350th Anniversary
- August 2014 - Work begins on barn restoration
- December 2014 - First Holiday Open House
- February 2015 - Burst pipes in Bates' storage house saturates boxes and boxes of stored paper and fabric possessions, many of which were dried and recovered
- Parker Homestead-1665, Inc leased the homestead and 4 acres from the Borough of Little Silver
- The Trustees of the NJ Historic Trust with the Trustees of the 1772 Foundation, Inc awarded PH-1665 a $4,971 matching grant for preservation work on the house. (GRANT HISTORY?)
- Interior restoration project begun September 28. Cooking fireplace and "T'uther End" entrance focus.
- Negotiated 20 year lease with borough 2015
- Managed porch stabilization project, interior restoration of cooking fireplace and back parlor
- August 2016- Preservation work on the T'uther End completed
- Summer 2016-Barn restoration completed
