Keith Wells | President & Treasurer
Keith Wells is a founding Trustee and President of The Parker Homestead-1665 Inc. He is a forty year resident of Little Silver, able to trace his Monmouth County roots to the late 17th century. His professional career included serving as a consulting project director on a number of multi-year, multi-million dollar technical projects for international corporations and government organizations including Bell Labs, AT&T, U.S. Homeland Security and the State of New Jersey.

Russ McIver | Vice President
Russ McIver is an active Monmouth County Public Historian. He was introduced to the Parker Homestead 1665 by helping with the curation of Stanley Parker’s collection of 1909 Philadelphia Carmel (E95) Baseball Cards. He was drawn in further by getting involved with cleanup and archival efforts, and was honored to be asked to the Board of Trustees of PH-1665. Russ is also on the Board of Trustees of Allaire Village, and has assisted in other regional historical efforts, including activity in Asbury Park, Longstreet Farm, and others. In his “spare” time, Russ owns and operates Connections Un_TD, a computer networking consulting and services firm. Russ graduated from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, in 1986.

Kelly Cullen
Kelly Cullen is a 12 year resident of Little Silver. She has been involved with local charities and organizations, including The Education Foundation of Little Silver, Parker Homestead 1665, Inc. and Project Write Now, helping to organize and create meaningful fund raising events in the community. For the last 11 years, she has volunteered for Chi Omega Fraternity serving on their national biennial convention team. She has also served as the assistant coordinator for the Little Silver recreation soccer program and was a member of the town's recreation committee. Prior to that, Kelly spent 15 years working in special events and public relations in New York City. She worked at public relations agencies and in the toy industry for toy manufacturers and retailers. The highlight of her NYC career was opening the Toys"R"Us Times Square store in 2001 and working on nearly 100 events during her 10 year stint with the toy company.

Stephanie M. De Laat | Secretary and Education Coordinator
Stephanie DeLaat has a degree in History/Political Science and Secondary Education with Public History and Special Education minors from Monmouth University. She has volunteered with the Homestead regularly since 2016 and became a Trustee in May 2019. Stephanie has helped the Homestead with many events such as cleanups, fundraisers, and Open Houses. She is currently a substitute teacher with Toms River Regional School District. “I am glad to be part of Board that works together to keep the history of this house alive for future generations.”

Lisa Walsh
Lisa Walsh is a twenty-year resident of Little Silver. She is an entrepreneur and former owner of an antique business as well as an interior design business. Prior to this, Lisa worked in the telecommunications and accounting fields in marketing and finance. Lisa has been very involved in the community over the years by volunteering at the local schools and library. She recently became employed by the Little Silver Library as a technician. A lover of all things old, Lisa recently restored a 1903 home that would have sent others running for the hills. Lisa is a strong believer in preserving the past in order to bring perspective to the future.
